Salary Range: $3142/hour depending on years of experience
Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking a Fulltime Offsite Care Coordinator Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Regional Utilization Management teamin Jessup Maryland.
The Offsite Care Coordinator LPN conducts and is responsible for the planning and coordination of all care service appointments for offsite specialties; manages an allocation of patients ensuring consistent and compliant care; acts as a supportive link between the facilities and the offsite community care teams.
Qualifications
- Active LPN license to practice in Maryland
- Minimum of one year of work experience as a LPN in a community outpatient clinic hospital or longterm care facility preferred
- Experience working in corrections preferred
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in CardioPulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
