DEI Lab

At the Godrej DEI Lab we work on empowering inclusion within the group help build DEI ecosystems across corporate India and aim to bring ideas and innovation related to DEI to the mainstream. In addition every company within the group has a DEI team with specific goals to enhance representation and inclusion. At all companies employeeled groups create safe spaces for diverse cohorts and enable them to thrive. A group DEI Council mentors and advises the Lab as well as business teams.

About the role

Key Responsibilities:

• To research collate information for and write the Godrej DEI Lab newsletter
• To research and write for the Godrej DEI Lab website and social media.
• To assist in building research policy and academic relationships for the Godrej DEI Lab.
• To collate information for and research for the annual Godrej DEI Lab report.
• To execute daytoday research deliverables and streamline invoicing for vendors for the same.
• To assist the team with research and logistical support for the Godrej DEI Lab events.
• Partner with external vendors consultants and educational institutions as needed to supplement internal capabilities and resources
• Act as a champion for the Godrej Learning University promoting a culture of learning and development across the organisation and driving engagement with learning initiatives

Who are we looking for

Education:Any graduate with relevant experience in Media and Digital Content.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of work experience in research and/or digital media

Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills (MS word Excel PowerPoint etc.
• Clarity on fundamentals of DEI added advantage.
