Previous experience in gastronomic restaurants and 5* hotels would be an advantage
High knowledge of English while knowledge of other languages would be an asset
Responsibilities
Greet customers and wait on tables promptly
Serve food and beverages to customers making recommendations if necessary
Use your knowledge of the menu to answer customers questions.
Correctly process transactions in the MICROS system
Check customer satisfaction with each dish and beverage
Clean tables perform closing duties and replenish tableware and other items
Perform opening and closing duties including preparation of all necessary items cleaning of areas and equipment closing doors etc.
Prepare stock and maintain work areas; manage stocks of ice cups and paper
Follow established instructions to keep work areas bar bar service tables and other items clean and in order.
You are required to present a professional image and maintain a clean uniform.
Before starting work you will receive safety training to obtain the appropriate certifications.
Minimum qualification: Higher / Intermediate Level Training Cycle.
