We are currently seeking a thoughtful confident and knowledgeable Waiter to join our Food and Beverage team.

The on target earning potential for this role is 33305 / annual salary - comprising a base salary of 25005 plus a qualified estimate of 8300 in gratuities and service charge. * As a member of the Gleneagles team you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks benefits and rewards

• Youll contribute to the seamless delivery of both lunch and dinner service anticipating needs and adapting to the rhythm of the day
• Confident in your knowledge of our menus youll actively upsell and inspire your colleagues to do the same adding value to every guest experience
• Interacting with our guests always warm professional helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• You have strong experience in both waiting and customer service roles and youre ready to take the next step in your hospitality journey within a vibrant luxury environment
• Experience in a luxury hospitality setting is a bonus however a positive attitude eagerness to learn and passion for great service are essential
• You approach every guest interaction with fresh energy and empathy treating each moment as unique; no matter how many times an issue has been presented to you to your guest its the first time
• Flexibility is second nature to you; an early bird some days and a night owl other youll be working flexibly during the week and weekends
• With a sharp eye for detail strong organisational skills and a genuine drive to exceed expectations you bring excellence to every shift
• Youre motivated to learn from the best and contribute to a supportive team culture always looking for ways to grow and share your knowledge
• Resilient and composed you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and thats exactly what excites you

• Gratuities (tips) and service charge (an additional charge added to our room rates and services across the hotel that is passed directly to our employees) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
