Inviting applications for the role of Record to Report Domain Trainee German Remote Poland
Responsibilities
Responsible for making the balance sheets preparation and checking all the accounts (banks fixed assets client accounts supplier accounts tax accounts etc..
Closing and reconciliations for the managed accounts.
Analyzing and following up the accounting journals making reclassifications and corrections. Preparing the VAT declarations.
Handling the accounts reconciliation for the group companies as per procedures when required.
Make Inventory adjustments postings and standard price updated.
Offering the reports and information for the internal and external controls.
Preparing monthly performance reports while complying with the established contract indicators and any other additional requested reports to be reviewed by the client.
Presenting promptly any relevant information related to the process.
Respecting the activity schedule established with the customer.
Country specific knowledge of taxation (VAT and CIT) & accounting rules applicable particularly for countrytocountry transition.
Adhoc reporting based on managers request
Minimum qualifications
High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage);
Any other EU language in written and verbal form (minimum level B2
Similar work experience or experience in this area;
Work experience with Oracle;
Analytical skills & Excel knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
Personal culture and client management expertise.
High motivation and ability to learn.
Ability to work under pressure.
