Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Site Agent/Construction Manager to join their team in De Aar and in Bethel. As a Site Agent/Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing construction sites and ensuring all operations are running smoothly.
Contract based: 812months
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise construction projects ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule
- Coordinate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor and track project progress reporting any issues or delays to management
- Manage and mentor construction workers providing guidance and support as needed
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering construction management or a related field
- Previous experience working as a Site Agent/Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Valid drivers license
