JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sourcing candidates for different level of openings.
Taking care of interview process and followup till the candidates joins the company.
Handling Joining formalities and Induction process.
Handling Verification process for new joiners and employee engagement activities.
Handling preparation of HR Related Correspondences.
Resolving Current & Ex employee queries on time.
Handling Statutory.
Updating and sending Monthly/Weekly MIS Reports.
EDUCATION:
MBA in HR
