We are seeking a Linux System Administrator for one of our PRIME CONTRACTS that extends through 2026 and offers exciting opportunities to support essential services and mission critical activities across the enterprise. Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment modernization and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. These applications are used across the government enterprise and are critical to the daily functions of thousands of users across acquisition business finance HR training recruitment program management security logistics and more. - Work on a fastpaced team of system administrators providing support for implementation troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems for critical enterprise applications.
- Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to IT systems including daytoday operations monitoring and problem resolution for all the client server storage network devices Etc.
- Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification diagnosis and resolution of problems.
- Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
- Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems installs and loads operating system software troubleshoots maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
Required:
- A bachelors degree and ten 10 years of experience as a system administrator on programs of similar scope and complexity is required. In lieu of a bachelors degree fifteen 15 years of experience required.
- In depth Linux experience.
- Familiarity with PowerShell and Bash scripting languages.
- Experience with system hardening.
- Experience working with ISSOs for system compliance.
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I is required.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $140000$18000(annualized USD). This range reflects the typical pay for the role and is one part of the companys comprehensive compensation package.
