The Technical Sourcer (Contract) will play a critical role in supporting our highvolume recruiting efforts by identifying and engaging top technical talent for various roles within our organization. Working closely with our Talent Partners the Technical Sourcer (Contract) will utilize creative sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines of qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs technical requirements and team dynamics for open positions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean searches online databases social media networking events) to identify potential candidates.
- Proactively source screen and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach networking and relationshipbuilding.
- Review resumes and prescreen candidates to assess their technical skills qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams providing necessary logistical support.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition team to gather feedback evaluate candidate fit and facilitate the decisionmaking process.
- Assist in the development and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Stay informed about industry trends market insights and best practices in technical sourcing and recruitment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes tools and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer or similar role preferably in a highvolume recruiting environment within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles cloud technologies and related skill sets.
- Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn GitHub Stack Overflow etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Greenhouse a plus
- Passion for recruiting and talent acquisition with a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
This is a contract position. The pay range for this role is $50 $75 per hour.
