Job Description

The Contract Processor I is an entry-level role responsible for accurately entering data into the system to support contract generation for affiliated departments. This position also manages document handling customer communication and supports interdepartmental workflow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enter alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the system based on displayed formatting.
  • Prepare documents for outbound mailing to owners via FedEx priority and standard mail.
  • Respond to internal inquiries regarding data entry and document-related issues via phone and email.
  • Process a variety of approved addendums received from affiliated departments.
  • Prepare and send documents to owners using DocuSign for new purchases or account changes.
  • Update existing contract data in the system to reflect current documentation.
  • Verify the accuracy of all documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Re-mail corrected or updated documents as needed.
  • Process credit card transactions for down payments and optional purchases as directed.
  • Sort and distribute documents to the appropriate departments.
  • Organize and collate returned documents received by mail.
  • Provide support across departmental functions and assist with other tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
  • Strong organizational communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and multitasking abilities are essential.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of operational experience in the timeshare industry is preferred.

Language Skills

  • Proficient in English; bilingual a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents write clear correspondence and effectively communicate with team members and owners.
