Job Description
- POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for the management and oversight of the clinical laboratory phlebotomy and admitting staffs daily operations at the Medical Arts and Town and Country Clinics. Works directly with the Lab Assistant Supervisor and QAI POCOutreach Supervisor to assist in duties as needed.
Provides leadership for education change management and a commitment to high quality standards. Ensures provision of high quality costeffective and customerfocused service by listening responding and following up with both internal and external customers.

- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses and Certifications Required
- Valid Drivers license required
- National Phlebotomy or Laboratory Assistant Certification
- ASCP or equivalent preferred
- Valid Drivers license required
- Educational Requirements

High school diploma required

- Experience Requirements
-
2 years of lab related experience performing phlebotomy preferred
-
1 year of lab related experience performing phlebotomy if state licensed and nationally certified

3 years of Management experience required

- Special Skills or Training Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate well
- Solid computer skills
