We are looking for an experienced Salesforce TechnoFunctional Consultant specializing in Sales Cloud to lead and manage and maintain Salesforce Sales cloud ecosystem. This role involves a mix of functional expertise in Sales Cloud processes configuration and deep technical skills in Salesforce platform development and integration. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions and deliver Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and provide recommendations to optimize and automate sales workflows using Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Configure Sales Cloud to meet business requirements including Lead Management Opportunity Management Campaigns Forecasting and Reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Sales IT and Operations teams to ensure successful adoption and ongoing optimization of Sales Cloud features.
- Provide technical expertise in Salesforce platform architecture ensuring best practices in security scalability and performance.
- Develop and implement customs solutions using Salesforce tools such as Apex Lightning Components Visualforce and Process Automation.
- Support data migration integration with external systems using tools such as REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
- Conduct user training sessions create documentation and provide postimplementation support.
- Work with Salesforce AppExchange products and thirdparty applications to enhance the Sales Cloud environment.
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates and provide insight on how to leverage new features for the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in Salesforce with at least 3 years focusing on Sales Cloud implementations.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications are a plus.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
- Strong functional knowledge of Sales Cloud including Opportunity Management Lead Management Sales Forecasting CPQ and Campaigns.
- Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder Flow Validation Rules) and technical development (Apex Visualforce SOQL Lightning Web Components).
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and experience with tools like JIRA Confluence or similar.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration tools such as MuleSoft Informatica or native Salesforce APIs.
