Job Description

As a Technical Lead you would provide technical leadership on drinking water and wastewater projects guiding the planning design permitting construction and startup phases. Your expertise would drive project success and your ability to project manage is a valuable plus. Youll also supervise junior staff and contribute to business development efforts including proposal preparation and presentations. Supported by local leadership and multiple mentors you would play a key role in client development and staff mentoring.

Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years experience in the water/wastewater field (including project management).
- Knowledge of the AZ water/wastewater engineering services market.
- Experience in successfully delivering projects byleveragingcollaborative multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in planning design and construction for drinking water facilities.
- Proficient in all MS Office based computer software.
- Excellent writing communication and interpersonal skills and capable of interacting effectively with staff clients and regulatory agencies.
- Selfstarter with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A current PE license is required (AZ preferred or ability to obtain reciprocity within six months of employment).
- BS in engineering related field.
