Role Overview
As a Business Developer Representative Corporate Welfare you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities to introduce Satispay Welfare Products into Large Enterprises. You will be supporting a team of Senior Business Developers to grow the corporate business line.
Your mission:
Leads Generation. Generate salesqualified leads by conducting highenergy outbound activities through various channels such as calls emails other tools and with physical meetings only for key customers.
New business opportunities development. Contact and engage with Corporate Employers main stakeholders to generate appointments in target with the Business Line strategy and introduce Satispay as a welfare solution in their companies.
Sales pipeline fueling. Build a robust pipeline (mid and large enterprise) working towards exceeding lead generation and sales pipeline targets to support the Senior Business Developers team.
Your ideal profile:
Proven experience in outbound sales. You have 12 years of proven outbound sales activities and achieved a successful track record in contacting and engaging Enterprise customers.
Commercial attitude and communication skills. You have a strong commercial attitude negotiation and exceptional communication and relationshipbuilding skills with a clear ability to engage executives and decisionmakers.
CRM System knowledge. You have experience with CRM systems and outbound tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot Sales Navigator Atoka etc..
Motivation and adaptability. You are highly driven adaptable and excited about working and taking on new challenges in a fastpaced international environment.
Communication and collaboration. You are fluent in Italian and English highly organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder proactive and able to think outside the box.
Passion and results orientation. You are resultsoriented entrepreneurial and passionate about your work with a strong inclination towards achieving and exceeding targets in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
