We are currently seeking a fulltime motivated and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join our team in Fort Wayne IN.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identifies and prospects new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling networking referrals etc..
- Builds and maintains relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Presents and promotes products/services to prospective clients ensuring customer needs are met.
- Manages the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals.
- Meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Maintains accurate records of customer interactions sales activities and progress in CRM systems.
- Works closely with the management team to generate leads and improve sales strategies.
- Provides feedback and suggestions to improve sales processes and product offerings.
- Stays updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience in Security Surveillance Fire Alarm and Access Control Systems is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
SCHEDULE:
- MondayFriday 8am5pm
- Occasional evenings/weekends as needed
