Digital Learning Manager
As a Digital Learning Manager at the Financial Ombudsman you will lead a team of Digital Learning Designers overseeing the design development and delivery of engaging and effective digital learning solutions. You will ensure the implementation of bestinclass digital learning interventions such as elearning modules video content and other digital resources to support the organisations learning and development goals.
Contract: 18month FTC
Working hours: 35 hours per week is full time. Where possible we are open to considering part time/flexible working patterns. Please let us know in your application your desired working pattern.
Salary: Circa 50000
Reporting to: Talent Development Manager
London docklands
Our permanent hybrid policy sees us all working at least four days across a fortnight in the office.
