What Youll Be Doing:

Leading the development of domestic retrofit solutions helping clients achieve their netzero goals.
Ensuring full compliance with PAS2035 & DESNZ funding requirements.
Driving retrofit accreditation & compliance across Mears Group.
Building and leading a team of specialists to deliver outstanding results.
Managing client relationships helping secure funding and drive successful projects.

Role Criteria:

Proven expertise in domestic retrofit and lowcarbon housing solutions.
SHDF WH:SHF HUG and ECO funding experience from bidding to reporting.
Deep understanding of PAS2035 compliance.
Experience working with social housing providers.
Ability to develop and deliver innovative retrofit solutions.
Strong leadership skillsyoure great at building managing and inspiring teams!
