Veritas Careers are recruiting for a dynamic and successful National Automotive Retailer who have a requirement for a Head of Aftersales to lead a Customer Service Warranty and Aftersales Operations in their busy used car business.
Requirements
Experience of an Aftersales Management role in a busy highly process driven environment is essential you will need the ability to;
- Lead and manage the Aftersales function with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Oversee warranty spend identifying opportunities for cost control and efficiency.
- Drive operational improvements and streamline aftersales processes.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the ownership journey.
- You will need to be a focused individual with a fierce attention to detail you will be able top demonstrate a long track record of success and a "failure in not an option" to achieving results.
- Proven leadership experience within the automotive aftersales sector.
- Strong understanding of warranty processes and customer satisfaction strategies.
- A proactive and analytical approach to managing performance and spend.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
Benefits
They are offering an uncapped OTE in excess of 100k plus a host of other benefits including use of a prestige company car. The starting salary is 50000 per annum.
