Job Description
The Department of Psychology at Marshall University has a threeyear nontenure track term position available. This position is renewable annually based on performance and need with the potential of extension of employment beyond three years. Candidates must have an earned doctorate or be ABD at time of hire. There is a preference for candidates with a doctoral degree in Clinical of Counseling Psychology from an APA accredited program. Job duties will include teaching in the undergraduate masters and doctoral clinical program with supervision of graduate students a preference for those from a clinical background. There is also an opportunity to engage in research and community work though these are not required. For those seeking licensure there is also the possibility of supervision for clinical hours if that is desirable. Applicants should submit a current CV 3 letters of recommendation and informal copies of all transcripts as well as a statement of teaching interests and expertise.
