Job Description
Join our dynamic inside sales team as an Inside Sales Representative! Were seeking motivated individuals with a knack for clear communication and a passion for sales. As a key player in our team youll handle incoming calls and leads engaging with customers to understand their needs and facilitate a seamless sales process. With provided leads your focus will be on qualification effective CRM management collaboration with the sales team and achieving monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads via phone.
- Qualify leads by assessing needs budget and readiness to buy.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM ensuring effective lead management.
- Collaborate with the sales team for timely followup and closure of opportunities.
- Proactively identify upselling and crossselling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service for high satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on products services and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend sales training and meetings as required.
- Continuously enhance sales skills through selflearning.
Skills Required:
- Proven inside sales or call center experience.
- Track record of quota overachievement.
- Strong phone presence and timely response to calls.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.

Job Details:
- Job Type: Fulltime Permanent.
- Salary: From $17.00 per hour Commissions.
- Benefits: Company benefits dental care flexible schedule vision care.
- Schedule: 8hour shift Monday to Friday.
- Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay Commission pay.
Experience Required:
- Outbound/Inbound Sales: 1 year (required).
- Call Center Experience is an asset.
Work Location:
- Inperson (Mississauga ON L5S 0A7.
