What will you do
Based out of our Alpine Park Welcome Centre this engagement position is required to work evenings and weekends to align with our showhome operations. This is a parttime role with the opportunity to work up to 34 hours per week.
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more but we can discuss those in person.
- Operate Welcome Centre and perform customer service and administrative duties such as answering event inquiries via email website or phone and making appointments.
- Represent Alpine Park as onsite coordinator/support during all events and activations including:
- Popup activation
- Fitness programming
- Holiday programming
- Festivals and markets
- Showhome events
- Other events and community programming both in person and online
- Coordinate/assist with planning participation and partner contracts for onsite activations.
- Act as an onsite liaison with builder partners and provide support with community related requests and questions.
- Capture photography and videography from events activations and community environment.
- Assist with community upkeep including but not limited to signage and landscaping maintenance community gardens Showhome Neighbourhood look and feel and others as assigned.
What type of experience and skills do you have

- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing
- High organizational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Flexible schedule including weekends
- An events background considered an asset
- Experience or interest in community programming considered an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Mail Chimp is an asset
- Graphic design experience and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite considered an asset.
Bonus if you have:
- Own and operate your own vehicle to travel to various show homes and communities.
- Possess a full clean drivers license.
