Your Responsibilities
- You must ensure the portfolio of contracts in the business follow contract and claim management methodologies in accordance with internal standard procedures.
- You must review and comment on commercial and technical tender terms and conditions. Analyze prime contract terms to highlight areas of potential opportunity and risk such as ambiguities omissions and conflicts as work proceeds. Cooperate with legal to draft negotiate and finalize agreements during the Sales and Project phases. Support Sales in RR preparation and support in the contractual session working closely with local legal when involved and with the tendering team.
- You will identify the contract baseline (including terms and conditions specifications drawings estimate proposal schedule and other documents incorporated in the contract) and highlight areas of potential risk. Ensure timely and accurate of commercial aspects in portfolio of contracts (i.e. payments claims variation orders warranties provisions guarantees etc.. Verify that both parties to the contract have fulfilled their contractual obligations and there are no responsibilities outstanding. Assess success of the contract and determine if there are any lessons learned for future contracting. Document and communicate to all appropriate parties any deficiencies found as part of the closeout process.
- You will develop contract management competence with the other functions of the company by conducting pragmatic training periodically.
- You will provide guidance and leadership on contract managementrelated matters to crossdepartment business team members participate in claim negotiations and provide professional support where required regarding purchasing activities ensuring flow down of customer terms and conditions to the vendors.

Your background
- Degree in law or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field / Risk Management/ Contract Management/ Legal/ Commercial Role.
- Extensive experience in Contract Management functions and processes in project of EPC energy projects or similar industrial plants or manufacturing of complex industrial products.
- Experience in working within internationally staffed teams and with international contractual partners preferred.
- Solid experience in contract negotiation change management claim management and contractrelated legal issues and the possible effects in the relevant areas of responsibility regarding tendering stage and/or project .
- Behavior and dealing with foreign cultures (Ethical Conduct).
- Systematic and structured work style.
- Flexibility and adaptability according to specific requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment result oriented approach proactivity and open mind.
- A collaborative solutionsoriented approach and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced English Skill.
