Job Description
Masters degree or above in Nursing and 2 years of experience practicing as a Registered Nurse. Operational experience such as using and/or programming multiple medium and highfidelity simulation computerized mannequins and audiovisual equipment for simulation. Strong leadership skills including effective communication organization and strategic planning. Ability to understand and utilize advanced technical Sim Lab equipment and communicate that knowledge to others as appropriate. Advanced analytical problem solving skills and computer/technological skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills to represent simulation resources internally and to external constituencies. Required Professional license or certificates : Current valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in Ohio or eligible for Ohio RN License.
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of teaching experience in an undergraduate and/or graduate program. Masters or doctoral degree in Nursing. Simulation certification.
