About Monzo

Monzo is the seventh biggest bank in the UK with a mission to Work for Everyone. About the team

Core Banking is responsible for the current account used by 10 million customers. That includes creating compelling value propositions for different audiences (including Personal Joint Under 16s and 16 17 accounts) growing Subscriptions (Extra Perks and Max) and optimising the overall app structure and experience to help customers get the most out of Monzo.

Were now gearing up for our next phase of growth from 10 million to 20 million customers. As we launch more and more financial products and our customers financial lives become more complex personalising the experience is a key priority.

What youll be working on:

As a Lead Product Manager for Search & Recommendations youll lead one or more crossfunctional teams to define and deliver a strategy that helps customers make the most of Monzo. Youll help build the platform capabilities and app structure needed to optimise a customers inapp experience and engagement.
