Job Description
1. Mechanical Maintenance activities of Cement Mill.
2. Responsible for Planning organizing scheduling and of all mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance.
3. Shift Maintenance & operation Activities
4. Sound knowledge on Cement Mill Ball Mill Roller press Bucket elevators Belt Conveyors Wagon tippler Hydraulic system compressor water supply system and Lubrication system.
5. Manpower planning in advance for daily jobs.
6. Responsible for increase the millrun hours and to reduce unplanned stoppages to become Bench mark Unit.
7. Maintaining proper housekeeping and following good maintenance practices.
8. Planning and sharing requirement of advanced good quality tools and tackles for fast of jobs.
