Description
This position will be based in our office in Bengaluru and provides support services to maintain and enhance Oracle Cloud ERP. In this role you will be responsible for responding to all levels of requests to diagnose troubleshoot and resolve issues. You will respond promptly to escalations for technical support via phone email and in person to provide timely resolution document case status and provide updates to management and endusers. You will also be responsible for carrying out any Modifications/ Enhancements/Projects in PLSQL and Oracle APEX Development based on Business needs.
What You Will Do
- Design develop test and implementfeatures and code using Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- Perform requirements analysis development design testing and deploymentof custom Oracle applications.
- Write and optimize PL/SQL statementsfor data manipulation and retrieval.
- Develop and maintainstored procedures packages and functionsin PL/SQL.
- Collaborate with other developers and project managersto enhance database functionalities.
- Conductperformance tuning of PL/SQL queriesand optimize database performance.
- Maintain documentationon all work products.
- Evaluate new features and technologiesand coordinate their appropriate implementation.
- Help end users understand application featuresto accomplish their business purposes.
Who You Are and What You Bring
- Proven experience working withOracle APEX and Oracle Database products.
- Strong knowledge ofSQL PL/SQL and database design.
- Experience withJavaScriptand other relevant technologies.
- Excellentproblemsolving and analytical skills.
- Stronginterpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability toprioritize and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
- At least5 years of relevant experiencein PL/SQL and Oracle APEX development.
- Knowledge of Python RPA Automation and related skills will be desirable.
