Conduct process trainings for codingspecialists.
Floor support to coders during transitions to ensure quality standard maintenance during rampupperiod.
Conduct focused trainings for quality improvement based on errorfindings.
Publish monthly articles/updates on Healthcare regularly for enhancing coders knowledge andexpertise.
Ensuretimelycompletion of onboarding compliance trainings for new hires as per Global and clientrequirement.
Toparticipatein client callsmeetingand KT sessions as per requirement
Lead training sessions on current updates in the medical coding field for US based healthcaresystems.
Training coders on US health care systems its updates as per protocol
To create presentations develops learning material handbook and other required training materials.
Job Specification:
Indepth knowledge of coding process coding system software workflow management.
Basic understanding of medical terminology body systems/anatomy physiology and concepts of disease processes.
Must have Coding Certification like CPC / CCS / COC / AHIMA.
Any Graduate with minimum 3 years of Surgery experience in medical coding
Good to have training / coaching / mentoring experience.
Good communicationand presentation skills
