Job Description
American Nitrile is seeking parttime Finishing Operatorsto join our growing team! starts at $17/hour parttime. You can remain parttime or opportunity to move to fulltime pretty quickly with benefits a pay raise.

- Pulls/Packs product based on daily orders.
- Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
- Keeps products separated organized and in good rotation.
- Monitors product quality frequently reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
- Operates various pieces of equipment. Reports any mechanical problems.
- Utilizes continuousimprovement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follows Good Manufacturing Practices and required worksafe practices.
- Maintains a clean sanitary and safe work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Concentration Skills Strong Attention to Details
- Ability to work well on your own.
- Physical skills like movement coordination and dexterity.
- Must be able to lift to 35lbs. 10x per hour (most of the time up to 20 lbs. but large glove boxes weigh up to 35 lbs.
- Regular attendance and being on time are a must.
- Able to cope with continuous time sensitive work environment Good hand eye coordination and motor skills.
- Good vision with or without glasses or vision correction
- Be able to work standing for 45 minutes at a time.
- Comfortable alternating tasks during shift (Packaging to product testing)
- Knowledge of Product Specification and standards
- Multitasking and Time management
