Job Summary:
We are looking for Manager Proposal who will be responsible for preparing the ETS software proposals for midstream Oil & Gas Industry by analyzing RFQ & Customer requirements. The role seeks preparation of optimum Solution & Techno commercial Proposal Meeting deadlines for the proposal submissions. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Handle Midstream Pipeline & Process concepts and appropriate interpretation of tender requirements.
- Knowledge of complete Tender & Proposal Process.
- Able to analyze customer requirements and gauge right product offering.
- Knowledge on solution offering & other automation interfaces.
- Decipher the enquiry and highlight the advantageous points and the loading points to sales and can prepare & T Qs.
- Prepare optimum technocommercial offer to meet the deadlines.

For This Role You Will Need
- Experience in preparing proposal for software applications like ERP Engineering Software
- Knowledge of software applications in Oil & gas chemical petrochemical refining and process industries
- Work as an individual contributor and collaborate with internal collaborators.
- Should be able to work with minimal direction.
- Able to deliver as encouraged whilst dealing with ambiguity and lack of available information.
- Detailed knowledge of tender & proposal process automation industry knowledge Oil & Gas industry is added advantage.
- Able to connect with multiple collaborators.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (word power point excel)
- Good Communication skills in multinational work culture
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Engineering Degree or equivalent experience
- 57 years of experience in proposals in software industry
