You are in control of your schedule
Your responsibilities will be:
- Offer shortterm counseling to a variety of clients with different personal difficulties workrelated or not;
- Perform a client needs assessment and together with them set goals and establish a strategy to achieve them according to the terms of their EAP;
- Adhere to our culture of continuous skills improvement and offer quality clinical services;
- Ensure administrative followup of files using the clinical models provided.
- Work remotely either by telecounselling videocounselling or facetoface if you have a clinical office available

Required profile :
- Masters of sexology
- Member of lOrdre professionnel des sexologues du Qubec
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience;
- Ability to set realistic goals and use a solutionoriented approach;
- Ability to manage crisis or high risk situations such as suicidal or homicidal risk domestic violence child protection public protection;
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele and good knowledge of all community resources;
- Exceptional sense of customer service professionalism and respect for ethical principles;
- Able to communicate in French;
- Bilingualism (English and French) an asset.
