Job Description

High priority openings: South Main Winchester Gateway Pantops Charlottesville providers will be credentialed at ALL sites in case an emergent need arises. Please notate the providers preference for their primary location. Thank you!

Dates of Coverage: ongoing as needed
Practice Setting: Urgent Care clinic that offers Occupational Health
Documentation System/EMR: Anthem
Will APP be Working Autonomously: Yes
Supervising Physician Present During Assignment: Yes supervising physician will be available via phone
Procedures: Episodic care injury treatment
Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent Child Adult Geriatric

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
BLS
Board Certified
DEA

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
Virginia
