Residential Level 2 FHP Assistant Program Manager
Summary:
The LifestyleZ Assistant Program Manager reports to the LifestyleZ Program Manager and is responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring compliance with company policies and managing a team to achieve business objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight:
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Oversee daytoday resident issues including incidents scheduling internal and external communication.
- Ensures overall resident health safety and welfare including the level of supervision individual needs behavior training for FHP appropriate and timely documentation and ensuring timely and proper medical care and attention.
- Advocate for residents and attend all meetings.
- Assists with daytoday resident issues and activities including transportation medical information and conducting medical oversight.
- Ensures that residents are consistently included in community engagement.
- Maintains resident files ensuring compliance and enters information into the appropriate databases.
- Ensures all compliance/regulatory forms for all homes are complete accurate and received promptly.
- Communicates effectively with and provides consistent information to residents case managers guardians and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee monthly summary notes for residents in the home and complete a supervisory analysis.
- Responds to resident incidents.
- Completes incident reports investigations and followup communication.
- Ensures that medication counts are complete; medication is delivered to the home and administered appropriately.

- Program Effectiveness: Achieve and maintain a 95 or higher satisfaction rate among participants and stakeholders regarding compliance.

Work Environment
The work environment includes officeprogrambased settings with possible travel to external program locations. The employee may occasionally be exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment can vary from moderate to high during events.
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at times.
- Ability to reach bend and use fine motor skills for computer work and participant support.

Expected Hours of Work
This is a fulltime position. Workdays and hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work as well as afterhours oncall duties are required with a rotating schedule.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day; however some outofarea and overnight travel may be required for training or conferences.
Required Education and Experience
- Must be 21 years of age with w/a high school diploma
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with an IDD diagnosis.
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration social services or related field
- Experience with disability services or vocational rehabilitation programs.
- Knowledge of Kentuckyspecific healthcare regulations.
- Familiarity with MWMA billing procedures.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Requires maintaining a valid drivers license automobile insurance CPR certification Adult First Aid AED Crisis Prevention and Medication Administration certification.
