Responsibilities
Your Role:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing accurate and data based information on the International Marketing teams profitability and budgeting. This role will research and analyze financial information including: costing listing fees tariffs and distributor fees to assist and make recommendations on proposed product launches across the globe as well as sourcing efficiencies from manufacturers. This role will work with Marketing and Customer Marketing on making sound financial decisions for the business. - Prepare full value chains for RCP distributors and Retailers for proposed products/SKUs to launch in various markets including Modern Trade Traditional Trade and Club outlets. Make recommendations on mix assortment and where best to launch.
- Analyze present and future operations and costing improvements. This includes trends and costs across various manufacturing partners for our several categories that we trade in. Identify cost efficiencies across comanufacturers.
- Assist in developing volume forecasting and consolidated annual plans with Marketing and Sales through analysis and recommendations on the most beneficial shortterm and longterm sustainable profitable growth initiatives.
- Manage Marketing & Sales budgets monthly quarterly and annually. This includes A&P MDF and retailer listing fees.
- Provide recommendations for pricing strategies across all markets
- Track report and present financials on pipeline of innovations that are in AOP and opportunistic initiatives. This would include Reyolution tracking.
- Develop manage and maintain financial database for always changing inputs across various markets.
- Complete ad hoc financial modeling and analysis as required for senior management.
- Advise management on matters such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.

Qualifications
We need you to have:
- BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 years of related professional Accounting or Finance experience.
Icing on the cake:
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- CPA certification.
