About this position:
ROL is seeking a skilled and detailoriented Bookkeeper to join our team. As the Bookkeeper you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with financial management tasks.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the overall financial operations of the company.
Location:
This position will require occasional travel throughout the U.S. to different ROL locations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daytoday bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and process invoices expense reports and financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records using accounting software.
Assist with financial reporting and the preparation of financial statements.
Support the financial management team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate recording of financial data.
Assist with payroll administration and employee expense reimbursements.
Adhere to established accounting policies and procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Required:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be willing to travel to ROL locations nationwide
