Job Description
Hiring for US IT Recruiters
Responsibilities:
- Work as recruiter for clients in the US.
- Source candidates using job portals including Dice Monster CareerBuilder etc.
- Upload resumes to the ATS conduct phone screening and coordinate with hiring managers.
Technology skills:
- MS Word Computer Skills Computer Savvy MS Excel Requirements:
- Good English Speaking and Writing Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and inperson presentation skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies new processes
- Hardworking Motivated
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
- Ok to work in the night shift 6:00 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) No exceptions
- Work from our office location in Mohali 5 days a week.
