Job Description
Associates degree or equivalent in Biomedical electronic technology. 57 years experience as a biomedical technician. Manufacturers certification on life support or laboratory equipment. Demonstrated proficiency in resolving complex technical problems in designated specialty with minimal assistance. Experience/Knowledge of telecommunication systems. Experience with electronic circuit boards processors and computer hardware including applications and programming. PC competency. Proficient in Networking. Proficient in alternative methods in call debrief. Proven leadership skills and ability to delegate prioritize requests. Design install and troubleshoot telemetry systems. Perform as a lead on installation projects to ensure all vendor related PMs and service requests
The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. When determining individual pay rates we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role the skills education training credentials and experience of the candidate internal equity and organizational needs.
In addition to your salary this position may be eligible for medical dental vision retirement and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night weekend or oncall work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.

Position Summary
Responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install service and maintain the site. This is accomplished through individual efforts and the efforts of the service team. May be utilized to provide regional technical support as required. Assumes a leadership role in one or more established work team environment/structures for an empowered area of responsibility. This position will be used within Customer Service and applies to all medical products.
