About your job

In this position you lead the work in the IT development and digital solution area developing and implementing a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Together with competent IT colleagues you support our finance organization by staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies. You evaluate existing workflows and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization through digital solutions.

Also included in your job is to:

• Lead crossfunctional teams using agile methodologies driving digital initiatives from concept to and ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Work in tandem with the team coach to ensure that agile methodologies are seamlessly integrated into our project delivery framework.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on best practices for digital tools and technologies.
• Collaborate closely with Sandvik Group Finance and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration and scalability of digital solutions.
• Drive organizational change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives. You monitor and measure impact and regularly report progress to senior management.
• Be part of the IT for Group Functions management team where you contribute to strategic decisionmaking and leadership.
• Play a pivotal role in ensuring financial efficiency. Youre responsible for analyzing and tracking expenditures and ensuring that our projects stay within budget all while driving innovation and customer satisfaction.

The location for this position is Sandviken or Stockholm and we apply a hybrid work setup allowing you to combine office work with remote work. Regular travel to Sandviken is required if youre based in Stockholm.

Your profile

Were looking for someone with proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within large organizations. With your skills in agile project management youre able to manage complex crossfunctional projects and you have a profound understanding of processes workflows and technologies associated with group functions especially finance. This also calls for proficiency with agile project management tools such as Jira Trello or Azure DevOps. Additionally you have a deep understanding of digital technologies including cloud computing data analytics AI/ML and IoT along with experience in change management methodologies and practices. Experience in a management team or leadership role is highly desirable. Your experience is backed by a bachelors degree in information technology computer science engineering or a related field. Working in a global environment calls for excellent skills in English both verbally and in writing.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Your strong analytical and problemsolving skills combined with a keen attention to detail enable you to drive successful outcomes effectively.
