You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA large company is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to oversee deliveries and installations including scheduling coordinating with team members and ensuring the seamless of all projects. The ideal candidate will have commercial construction experience and a strong ability to manage logistics and operations efficiently.
Responsibilities Include:
Delivery & Installation Management:
Oversee all deliveries and installations ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
Coordinate with internal teams clients and delivery crews to schedule and ensure smooth operations.
Logistics & Equipment Management:
Manage logistics to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for installations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices during all delivery and installation processes.
Issue Resolution:
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the delivery or installation process.
Maintain communication with project coordinators to ensure accurate and uptodate information on all projects.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and report on the progress of installations ensuring any delays are promptly addressed.
Ideal Qualifications:
Commercial construction experience is required.
Proven ability to manage logistics schedules and teams effectively.
Strong communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges quickly.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Experience with construction delivery and installation processes is preferred.
