As an Administrative Assistant 1 you will work closely with the Intake and Eligibility Director and participate in a widerange of clerical functions through the intake processing of various waivers and services. Due to the nature of tasks for this position strict confidentiality is expected to be maintained. Excellent communication skills are vital in order to contact vendors as necessary and collaborate with government agencies and external providers. You will also be responsible for scheduling and attending meetings preparing meeting minutes and maintaining departmental documents. This professional assists with data collection and analysis for assigned projects which may include quality and compliance reviews. You will also have the opportunity to attend various tabling events to bring awareness to the community about intellectual disability (ID) services and speak with community members regarding the intake and waiver eligibility process.
