Job Description:
Nexmos Design is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure efficiency in organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining administrative workflows coordinating schedules and facilitating internal communication.
Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule appointments meetings and conferences
Maintain and update company databases filing systems and records
Prepare reports memos and other documentation as required
Answer and direct phone calls and handle correspondence
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
Order office supplies and manage inventory levels
Support team members with general administrative tasks and coordination
Ensure smooth operation of office systems and procedures
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
