This role involves managing office operations handling client communications maintaining records and assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient business operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls respond to emails and manage correspondence.
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule appointments meetings and site visits.
Maintain and organize company files records and databases.
Prepare estimates and other documents.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and financial procedures.
Familiarity with the landscaping industry is a plus.
