Sharpcontra is currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth administrative functions across departments. The ideal candidate will be organized proactive and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic office setting.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Organize and schedule meetings appointments and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence reports and presentations
Maintain filing systems and manage office supplies
Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Assist in data entry document preparation and internal communications
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
1-3 years of administrative or office experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
