We are looking for a professional who can join our team as a customer support executive and provide assistance with product and service inquiries handle complaints and resolve conflicts professionally. Customer service executives must have excellent communication and problemsolving skills be able to multitask and remain courteous in difficult situations.
Responsibilities:
1.Handling Calls:
Handle incoming customer calls related to food order details inquiries and complaints.
Provide relevant information and assistance to customers.
2.Issue Resolution:
Address customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Devise clear and userfriendly solutions to problems.
3.Customer Satisfaction:
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement in the companys services.
Foster positive relationships with customers.
4.Escalation and Documentation:
Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments.
Document all call information accurately for reference and followup.
Qualifications
12 years of experience in Frontline customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer serviceoriented proactive and resourceful
Preferably from the food service industry.
Good verbal and written communication skills and active listening skills
Good working knowledge of MS Office
