The Role Youll Play:

Were on the lookout for an Operations Analyst who thrives on solving problems and improving performance. In this key role youll provide both operational and technical support for our fastpaced Contact Centre ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. As the main point of contact for Sales Managers and their teams youll oversee the Telephony system (Genesys) and ensure all systems operate efficiently.

You wont just maintain processes youll drive performance provide actionable insights and play a key part in improving both sales and customer service.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

• Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar role within a corporate environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Access Excel Word Outlook). Familiarity with SQL is preferred but not required.
• A solid understanding of both inbound and outbound call centre operations.
• Basic KPIs and call Centre metrics understanding
• Experience with telephony systems such as Genesys is a plus.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
