Job Summary
The Department of Management in the Davis College of Business and Economics at Radford University invites applications for a fulltime Special Purpose faculty appointment in Management beginning August 10 2022. The department is looking for a dynamic teacher who will teach four courses each semester in organizational behavior leadership and/or human resource management and service at the departmental college and university levels. Required Qualifications: Applicants must be considered a qualified instructor per AACSB accreditation requirements as well as by the standards of the Davis College of Business and Economics. A successful applicant must have at a minimum a graduate degree (with a minimum of eighteen semester hours of graduate classes completed) in Management or a closely allied area. Masters or PhD or equivalent doctoral degree preferred ABD considered). Teaching experience in the areas of organizational management human resource management and/or leadership is preferred. Significant professional experience in one of the three areas would be ideal.
