This role will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
While youll enjoy the flexibility of remote work we also love to see our colleagues facetoface! We ask you to join us at our San Francisco office for 23 days a week for team collaboration and some fun. Its a chance to connect share ideas and maybe even grab some coffee together!

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us reinvent the way people sell their home. This is a high visibility role that will require strong partnership with engineering product design operations and other crossfunctional teams. Youll sweat the details work side by side with the team and lead with a high say/do ratio. This is an opportunity to make a big impact on the lives of our customers drive huge business value and define the future of real estate.

What Youll Do

  • Define the roadmap and execute on initiatives focused on enabling a scalable easy to use and valuable experience for our partners and customers.
  • Be intimately connected and a champion for both our partners and customers.
  • Learn fast fail fast mindset move with speed levering lean methodology practices while balancing short term partner opportunities with long term reusability and scale.
  • Own planning and endtoend of features/programs working with business product design and engineering teams.
  • Leverage data and insights to drive quality partner and customer experiences.

What Youll Need

  • 5 years of tech industry product management experience.
  • Proven track record of building and delivering successful b2c/b2b products that scale and customer experiences which delight.
  • Datadriven mindset with proven experience utilizing metrics & insights as tools for informed decisionmaking.
  • Outstanding storytelling and communication skills with the ability to adapt your style as you work with others up down and alongside you in the organization
  • Ability to leverage strong problemsolving and analytical skills to transform challenging user experience business and technology problems into actionable ideas.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that bridge the gap between business and engineering.
  • Background in consumerfocused products or products focused on SMB endusers.
  • Subscription service or SaaS experience preferred.

Compensation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The U.S. pay range for this positionis$170400$213000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off 12 paid holidays per year medical/dental/vision insurance basic life insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
