This bachelorlevel opportunity serves as a key member of the Emergency Service Team to provide the smooth coordination and delivery of Crisis Services. The Emergency Triage Coordinator is the first point of contact for all telephonic information flow and crisis referral requests from clients families and community providers on a 24/7/365 basis. Triage screens and assigns cases to Masters Level Clinicians Family Partners and Peers as determined by risk and safety immediacy of need location and according to insurance requirements. This individual will work in conjunction with the ESP management team to ensure that the team is providing the highest quality of care to persons served and in compliance with our quality initiatives.
Available schedules:
Days: Friday Saturday Sunday 7am 7pm 36 hours)
Compensation:
$19.23/hour
There is a shift differential payment of anadditional $3/hour for hours worked within the time periods below.
Weekdays: 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Weekends: 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
(All hours worked from Friday at 8 p.m. through Monday at 8 a.m.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Psychology or a related field
Minimum of oneyear experience in a mental health setting working in a crisis intervention setting.
Knowledge of systems involved with ESP services
Ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with outside agencies including hospitals police schools and insurance providers
Professional and therapeutic communicator while working with agitated or distressed clients
