ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
THE ROLE
Under limited direction manages and supervises team members for civil engineering design and/orconstruction projects and programs; performs professional and technical engineering duties; performsseniorlevel engineering planning design and/or construction oversight for various building constructionremodeling and major repairs as well as for flood control water and wastewater utilities and otherpublic facilities.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate for this position has significant experience working with Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) as outlined in the Engineering and Construction Management Engineer Section and delivering projects funded by RTCSNV CCRFCD SNPLMA NDOT or similar local and Federal partners. This experience should include either leading or assisting in the development of scope and fees plans specifications and bid packages. Familiarity with bidding and awarding public contracts is a bonus. Further knowledge and skill in managing projects related to facility repairs and renovations is desirable.

SELECTION PROCESS
Note: Subsequent vacancies during the life of the internal eligibility list may require participation in an additional selection interview. The selection interview will be weighted 100 requiring a passing score of 70 in order to be considered for the subsequent position vacancy.
