Job Description
Overview
Nakupuna Consulting is seeking to hire a Project Coordinator to work as a member of the project management office focused on the implementation and configuration of advanced wireless networking infrastructure in support of the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCENN) Wireless Lifecycle Refresh and Expansion. This role will be integral to delivering endtoend wireless solutions across six USMC installations as part of a highimpact modernization effort under the PEO Digital ISTC Program Office. The Project Coordinator will support the gathering and interpretation of technical information enabling crossteam collaboration and supporting change management activities. A successful candidate will be responsive have excellent communication skills (verbal written and listening) be a team player promote consensus embrace learning and be a consummate problem solver. Responsibilities

External:
- Operating and maintaining Common Access Cards (CAC) for USMC Management and Engineering Team members.
- Supporting the Travel and Expense Reports for USMC Team Members.
- Supporting Travel and Logistics Planning events for USMC Team Members.
- Assisting in the creation of complex and professional documents and work products that communicate project aspects to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Tracking and maintaining action items using Agile Processes and Methodologies.
- Working with management and engineering teams to organize and draft supporting documents for client meetings and presentations.
- Working with management and engineering teams to conduct weekly Project Status Review (PSR) meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the creation of PSR meeting minutes and maintain required actions and activities lists for tracking project progress and ensure timely submission of completed reports at clientspecified frequency.
- Assisting Project Managers in developing and maintaining a project plan throughout the duration of the project.
- Keeping Nakupuna Solutions leadership abreast of project and any issues (e.g. production equipment/facilities manpower project delays etc. of potential impact to achievement of client requirements/deliverables or requirements exceeding defined scope of work.
- Participating in Team meetings client and milestone meetings; maintain ongoing awareness of project status.
- Demonstrating problem solving skills when facing impediments.
- Supporting the creation of processes and procedures governing effective/efficient project .
- Supporting the development and of crosstraining plans to ensure continuity of operations staff development and optimal product quality.
- Assisting Nakupuna Solutions Leadership as required to prepare required documentation deliverables or other duties as assigned.
Internal:
- Supporting the management and oversight of business growth opportunities for the Facilities and Infrastructure Services (F&IS) Line of Business. Activities may include:
- Identification qualification and bid of opportunities to secure new contracts across multiple Federal agencies in the F&IS market space.
- Supporting Call Plans and Pipeline as well as lead the capture efforts for new business initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of compliant responsive and compelling proposal responses.
- Supporting the creation of marketing materials such as past performance writeups briefs and white papers.
Qualifications
Education/Experience:This position requires aBachelors Degreewith a minimum of3yearsof professional experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to comprehend analyze and synthesize complex technical information.It ishighly desiredthattheProject Coordinatorhaveanunderstandingand experienceof networkingvoice and datastructured cablingprojects and IT systems.
The following experience is required:
- Understanding of Project Management principles associated withNetwork Engineering Information Technologyand AgileProjectManagement
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (primarily Word Excel Visio PowerPoint and Project)
Military Installation Access:This positionmay require access tomilitary installations. Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to qualify for and obtain a base access pass. Must be able to obtain a favorable National Security Agency Check (NACI) includingaFBI fingerprint check.
Clearance: This position requires an active Secret security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.
Physical Requirements:The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the jobwith or without a reasonable accommodation:
