Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to build the worlds first Industry Enablement program that is purposebuilt to withstand the velocity of the AI market. This individual will own the fields proficiency on Writers industry solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to scale the insights of our Industry Leaders creating a cohesive enablement strategy that ensures consistent and highquality knowledge transfer to the entire GTM team. This individual should have experience in developing scalable enablement frameworks ensuring that the field is prepared to dazzle our customers with confidence conviction and an elite level of industry acumen. The successful candidate will work shouldertoshoulder with Writers industry leaders to align their work across crossfunctional stakeholders in Sales Customer Success Solutions Architecture Product Management Product Marketing and GTM Ops to deploy innovative enablement strategies driving measurable impact on Writers mission to define generative AI for the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships across Writers industry leadership team to understand their unique needs and be their trusted advisor on executing their strategy.

  • Ensure that the insights and expertise of industry leaders are effectively aligned with the goals and strategies of crossfunctional teams

Scalability & Strategy

  • Architect the strategy and orchestrate the motion for delivering rapid enablement on new industry solutions driving clarity across Product Management Product Marketing Pre Sales Post Sales and GTM Ops. The buck stops with you.

  • Develop and maintain the vision for industry enablement aligning crossfunctional stakeholders in field partner and product enablement on a strategy that optimizes the fields proficiency with new industry solutions.

Program Development

  • Implement a bestinclass program that delivers measurable impact across all 4 tiers of the Kirkpatrick Model regularly reporting KPIs to GTM Leadership as part of organizational OKRs.

  • Serve as the organizations Sage for vertical strategy ensuring that Sales Solutions & Success are uptodate on how emerging solutions bolster Writers position as the unquestioned leader in enterprisegrade generative AI.

Industry Acumen

  • Perpetually measure AE industry acumen instilling confidence in sales and vertical leadership that the field possesses elite proficiency on Writers solutions across industries.

  • Ensure that our pre and post sales teams are wellversed in the specific needs and challenges of specific industries as well as how Writer solves those needs and challenges.

New Hire Onboarding

  • Own KPIs for new hire industry acumen as the sales grows in FY24 including the design delivery and measurement of curriculums and certifications.

  • Ensure that new hires can confidently build and fluidly deliver compelling demos that position Writer as the worlds foremost solution for AI transformation within that industry.

Collaboration and Reporting

  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership industry leadership product management and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and potency of industry enablement programs.

  • Regularly report on program impact providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement driven by hard defensible data across all 4 tiers of the Kirkpatrick model.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    • 7 years of collective experience across enablement marketing product management product marketing GTM strategy Pre Sales or Post Sales.

    • Proven track record of architecting and executing successful enablement programs that deliver measurable impact.

    • Experience at higrowth startups is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in AI

    • Datadriven with a focus on measuring and reporting on the impact of enablement programs.

    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Creation and delivery of engaging enablement content.

    • Proficiency in using sales enablement tools and platforms.

    • Mastery of Slack is a huge plus.
